Olive Leaf and Lemon Iced Tea

- 1.1 (1 lt) quart of water
- 0.2 oz (5 gr) NOTIO dried olive oil leaves
- Half a lemon
- 1 tsp thyme honey to taste
Instructions
- Bring 1 liter of water to boil
- Place the tea strainer with approx. 5-6 grams of NOTIO dried olive oil leaves in a jug and pour the water over it
- Leave to infuse for 12-15 minutes and remove the tea strainer
- Leave to cool for 15 minutes and add the juice of half a lemon. If you like, you can also add a teaspoon of thyme honey
- Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours and serve with ice cubes and a slice of lemon
