Kalamata is located at the southern tip of the Peloponnese, and it is known for its production of organic olive paste, which is considered one of the most traditional Greek delicacies.

Olive paste is best served as an appetizer, as you can enjoy it with bread or barley rusks.

The balanced taste of vinegar and extra virgin olive oil is playfully intertwined with notes of garlic, basil and oregano.

All ingredients of the organic olive paste come from the unique region of Mani below the Taygetos Mountains where they are locally processed.

The Bläuel family organic olive paste is a product that combines sustainability with taste in a pure and delicate product.
